The Company is seeking a VP, Strategist to play a pivotal role in defining and leading the strategic direction of major client engagements. This senior position is a departure from the traditional execution of strategy work, focusing instead on shaping and owning the strategic vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and delivering AI and digital strategies, leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, and building strong, trusted relationships with client leadership. The role demands a deep understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and enterprise AI operating models, as well as the ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive level. The VP, Strategist will also be expected to mentor and lead a team of analysts and strategists, contribute to business development, and ensure the highest standards of strategic delivery. Applicants for the VP, Strategist position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in management consulting, product strategy, AI strategy, or a related field. Expert-level knowledge of AI concepts and tools is essential, as is a proven track record of leading AI and digital strategy engagements.
