Vice President, Global Clinical Strategy Development

Remote (anywhere in Delaware)
The Company is in search of a Global Clinical Strategy Development Director - VP Clinical Development to spearhead the advancement of clinical strategies for oncology, immuno-oncology, and other severe conditions with unmet medical needs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading late-stage clinical development programs, including Phase III trials and regulatory submissions, with a focus on bringing life-changing therapies to patients worldwide. This role demands a professional with an MD degree or equivalent, a strong background in late-stage clinical development, and a proven track record in leading or participating in Multi-Regional Clinical Trials (MRCTs). In-depth knowledge of global regulatory and clinical development pathways, particularly in the US and EU, is essential, as is a therapeutic focus on oncology and immuno-oncology, with broader interests in autoimmune and severe diseases. Key responsibilities for the Global Clinical Strategy Development Director include driving global clinical strategy decision-making to support product registration, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regulatory and clinical development pathways, and providing strategic input into the development of therapies in the specified therapeutic areas. The role is pivotal in making impactful decisions in global clinical strategy and requires the ability to work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to contribute to high-level organizational goals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and innovative leader, capable of shaping global clinical development strategies and leading programs that have the potential to make a significant difference in the lives of patients.
