Vice President of Finance Remote (anywhere in Florida)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner, providing financial leadership and insight to drive business performance. This key leadership role involves supporting the President and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the international finance organization, and ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with GAAP, and the development of a strong internal control environment. The role also includes identifying and implementing strategies to increase sales, earnings, and cash flow, as well as participating in key business and strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should possess outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects. A strong background in finance, budgeting, cost control, and accounting is essential, including a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 15 years' of experience.
