Head of Science to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Head of Science to the CEO, a pivotal role in the establishment of a company-wide scientific governance. This founding position is dedicated to ensuring that science is at the forefront of the brand's products, claims, and customer interactions. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, setting the standard for scientific rigor across all functions, and will be responsible for driving strategic, cross-functional projects with a focus on technical expertise. The role demands a hands-on, autonomous approach, with the ambition to become the scientific authority behind the brand as it expands its presence in Europe. Applicants must have a PhD and a strong technical and scientific background, with deep knowledge of the food supplement industry. An entrepreneurial mindset, the ability to operate without a roadmap, and the skills to earn the trust of both scientific and non-scientific teams are essential. The Head of Science will be the CEO's scientific right hand, safeguarding the scientific integrity of all content and communications, and working with various departments to raise the standard of the brand's products.
