Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead its global IT organization and shape enterprise technology strategy. The CIO will modernize internal systems and translate business priorities into secure, scalable, cost-effective technology capabilities. Responsibilities include leading IT operations and teams; overseeing enterprise applications, infrastructure, and user support; and directing information security, compliance, data governance, and analytics. The role also includes guiding technology investments and risk, managing major implementations and transformations, and ensuring business continuity across a distributed workforce. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least five years leading enterprise IT in a software or technology environment. They should bring a record of setting technology strategy and delivering large-scale transformation, along with deep expertise in information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and deploying AI and automation tools is required. Strong financial, vendor-management, and contract-negotiation skills, excellent executive communication, and experience leading global teams are also expected. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
