Divisional Managing Director, Integrated Water Solution Division Remote (anywhere in Ghana)

The Company is seeking a Divisional Managing Director for its Integrated Water Solution Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the divisional P&L, budget, and growth plan, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the division's financial performance aligns with the overall strategy. This role involves leading cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives, as well as providing regular financial and business performance reports to the executive management. The Divisional Managing Director will also be tasked with translating the cluster's strategy into a divisional operating plan, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations across facilities, and building and leading the divisional leadership team. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being advantageous, and a minimum of 10-15 years' professional experience, including significant senior management experience. Practical experience in water treatment and supply, or related sectors, is essential. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in P&L management, budgeting, commercial growth, and strategic planning, as well as experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Core competencies include strategic leadership, business and commercial acumen, operational excellence, and knowledge of water and environmental management. The ideal candidate will also have experience in change and transformation management, and a strong focus on people leadership and talent development.
