Divisional Managing Director, Landfill Operations & Materials Trading Division Remote (anywhere in Ghana)

The Company is seeking a Divisional Managing Director for its Landfill Operations and Materials Trading Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the divisional P&L, budget, and growth plan, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the division's financial performance aligns with the overall strategy. This role involves leading cost optimization and productivity improvement initiatives, as well as translating the cluster's strategy into a divisional operating plan. The Divisional Managing Director will also be tasked with ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations across all facilities, building and leading the divisional leadership team, and managing customer, community, and regulatory relationships. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree being advantageous, and a minimum of 10-15 years' professional experience, including significant senior management experience. The role requires a proven track record in landfill operations, waste management, or related sectors, as well as expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning. Core competencies include strategic leadership, business and commercial acumen, operational excellence, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and a background in change and transformation management.
