Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its business in Japan, with full responsibility for strategy, operations, and financial performance. The CEO will develop and execute growth plans, build a sustainable revenue base, and strengthen regulatory compliance, internal controls, and risk management. The role includes serving as the primary representative in regulatory and industry communications, overseeing responses to inspections and audits, and ensuring findings are resolved. The CEO will also foster a strong compliance culture and lead the recruitment, development, and engagement of the local team. Candidates should have at least 10 years of senior management or executive experience in securities, brokerage, or online financial services. Deep knowledge of Japan’s financial instruments regulations and direct experience leading responses to regulatory inquiries and inspections are required. Applicants must also demonstrate experience developing and implementing remediation plans for audit findings or regulatory directives, including related reporting. Strong leadership, strategic planning, and regulatory relationship-management capabilities are essential.
