Board Member

The Company is seeking a Board Member to provide leadership across administrative management, project oversight and control, financial management, and corporate governance. The role includes guiding organizational change and strategy, strengthening processes and internal controls, and overseeing project planning, risk management, procurement, and contract management. The Board Member will contribute to the effective management of large-scale infrastructure projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Candidates advancing in the selection process will be asked to present a strategic vision for operational priorities and project delivery. Candidates must have an impeccable reputation, national-language proficiency at C1 level, and English proficiency at least at B2 level; C1 English is an advantage. A relevant academic or professional higher education qualification is required, along with at least three years of recent experience managing a large organization, major projects, or investment programs across at least two relevant areas. Candidates must also have at least three years of recent senior management experience, including direct reporting to leadership and management of a team of at least 30 employees. Relevant expertise includes financial and budgetary management, organizational strategy and change, project controls, risk and internal controls, public procurement, contracts, and corporate governance.
