Head of Agency Recruitment, Life Insurance & Takaful

The Company is seeking a Head of Agency Recruitment to lead nationwide recruitment strategy and initiatives that grow and strengthen its agency force. Responsibilities include developing recruitment programs and engagement campaigns to attract agents and agency leaders, strengthening the recruitment pipeline, and improving agent activation and retention. The role will involve partnering with senior agency leaders and stakeholders, monitoring recruitment performance and market trends, and refining strategies to support sustainable growth. Candidates should have 10–15 years of life insurance experience, including substantial exposure to agency recruitment and development. Proven experience leading an agency recruitment function and delivering recruitment and growth strategies is required. Applicants should understand recruitment funnels, agent activation, retention, and agency leadership development, and have strong knowledge of the Malaysian agency market. Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are essential, along with the ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
