Vice President, Strategic Planning, Business Development & Project Management Remote (anywhere in Malaysia)

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Project Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the formulation and execution of the company's business strategy and key corporate initiatives, with a strong focus on driving sustainable business growth and enhancing the competitive position. This role involves close collaboration with management, business units, and support functions to ensure the effective governance and implementation of new products and services. The VP will also act as a strategic partner, coordinating bank-wide projects, providing business insights, and supporting long-term value creation through performance analysis and management reporting. Applicants must have a degree in a related field, with over 5 years' experience in financial institutions, preferably within the banking industry. Experience in strategic planning, business management, product development, and project management is highly valued. The role requires strong strategic thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive new business initiatives. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a good understanding of banking products, regulatory requirements, and business management processes. Proficiency in MS Office tools is a must, and fluency in business-level English is required, with Japanese proficiency being an advantage.
