Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Remote (anywhere in Maryland)

The Company is in search of a President and CEO to lead its next phase of growth in the solar energy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the company's profit and loss, with a strong mandate to drive growth through new products, solutions, and partnerships. This role requires a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with a customer-focused approach and a proven track record in a small to mid-size technical products company. The ideal candidate will have experience in full P&L responsibility, a measurable record of revenue and profit growth, and a background in leading both product and business development. Financial discipline, the ability to build strong leadership teams, and a Bachelor's degree in a technical field are essential, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA and having experience in related industries. Applicants for the President and CEO position at the company should be prepared to demonstrate their ability to inspire and mentor teams, as well as their commitment to the company's employee ownership culture.
