Applicants for the Head of Accounting and Tax position at the company should have a degree in accounting, at least 8 years' of relevant experience, and a strong background in IFRS and Mexican tax. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in financial reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership, particularly in a regulated financial institution. Experience in areas such as intercompany transactions, foreign currency translation, and technical accounting for business transactions is essential.
