Head of Legal & Compliance

The Company is seeking a Head of Legal & Compliance to lead and develop its Nordic legal, compliance, and governance functions. The role includes strengthening the compliance framework, promoting ethical conduct through training and guidance, and overseeing risk assessments, audits, monitoring, and follow-up. The successful candidate will provide practical legal advice, draft and negotiate commercial and corporate agreements, and advise on strategic projects and regulatory developments. They will also support contract-management improvements and provide governance advice on sustainability and responsible business practices. Candidates should have approximately 8–12 years of senior legal and compliance experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or another highly regulated industry. They should bring strong expertise in compliance program management and substantial experience negotiating complex agreements, alongside sound knowledge of data protection, anti-bribery, competition, and pharmaceutical compliance requirements. The role calls for pragmatic business judgment, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to work independently in an international environment. A Master of Laws or equivalent law degree and fluent written and spoken English are required; Swedish is an advantage.
