Executive Director, Product Development Remote (anywhere in Taiwan)

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead product development initiatives across Asia Pacific ex-Japan. Responsibilities include analyzing market demand, competitors, and industry positioning; partnering with portfolio management and other stakeholders on investment strategy design; and assessing product eligibility, structures, fees, and income arrangements. The role also oversees product management and lifecycle changes across multiple products, jurisdictions, and asset classes, while contributing to regional and global strategy. In addition, the Executive Director will lead a department, oversee its governance and processes, and engage with relevant industry and regulatory forums. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in asset management, product development, product strategy, product management, or a related financial services function. They need experience developing and managing investment products across jurisdictions, knowledge of product structures and governance, and an understanding of regulatory requirements and lifecycle management. Strong analytical, communication, project management, and organizational skills are required, along with fluency in English and Mandarin. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain required licenses and meet applicable regulatory experience requirements.
