The Company is seeking a Vice President and Finance Business Partner for Retail Banking. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic business partnering, providing financial insight and recommendations to support decision-making across the retail banking sector. This role involves developing financial strategies, business plans, budgets, and targets, as well as monitoring performance. The VP will also be involved in reporting and analysis, assessing profitability, and conducting financial modeling to evaluate business scenarios. Additionally, the role includes executive reporting, KPI management, and ensuring governance and compliance with financial regulations. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field, with a professional certification such as CMA, CPA, or CFA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar finance business partnering role within banking or financial services, particularly with a focus on retail banking and the UAE market, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and retail banking products and services, as well as experience in interpreting complex financial information and providing practical business insight. Skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship building, as well as advanced analytical thinking, financial modeling, and commercial acumen, are essential. The role also demands a strategic thinker with a focus on revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation, and the ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
