Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and overall management of its coalition and Secretariat. Working with a steering group, the Executive Director will guide the organization’s next phase, translating its goals for resource mobilization, funder collaboration, and shared learning into measurable impact. The role includes building the team, strengthening partnerships, and serving as the primary external representative and trusted advisor to participating funders. The Executive Director will engage philanthropic leaders, technical experts, and partners internationally to foster collaboration and advance climate and health initiatives. Candidates should bring significant leadership experience in philanthropy, climate, health, or international development, along with a strong understanding of climate and health science and evidence. The role requires a record of cultivating funder relationships, mobilizing resources, and building partnerships across geographies and cultures. Applicants should demonstrate executive and people-management skills, sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to work effectively in a lean, high-trust environment. An entrepreneurial mindset and credibility representing the organization to senior stakeholders and on global platforms are also essential.
