Head of Fundraising

The Company is seeking a Head of Fundraising to lead and deliver its fundraising strategy, driving income growth, diversification, and long-term sustainability. The role will develop fundraising across trusts and foundations, major donors, philanthropy, corporate partnerships, and emerging income streams. Responsibilities include building fundraising pipelines and forecasting processes, cultivating high-value relationships, and establishing sustainable giving programmes. The successful candidate will lead and develop the fundraising team, represent the organization to prospective supporters and partners, and ensure fundraising aligns with its mission and values. Candidates should have significant fundraising leadership experience in a charity or other mission-led organization, with a strong record of personally securing income across multiple streams. They should bring experience developing trusts and foundations, major donor, and corporate fundraising strategies, as well as building relationships with funders and strategic partners. Strong commercial awareness, income diversification, pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting skills are required. The role also calls for the ability to inspire teams, communicate and influence effectively, and assess opportunities with sound judgment and a focus on long-term sustainability.
