Associate Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

The Company is seeking an AVP for Financial Planning and Analysis to join their corporate finance team. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic deputy, responsible for translating enterprise strategy into financial plans, operating priorities, and business insights. This senior leadership role involves overseeing all aspects of FP&A, including planning, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making. The AVP will also be tasked with leading the day-to-day execution of the FP&A agenda, developing talent, and advancing the function's analytical and process capabilities. Candidates for the AVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, or other advanced credential preferred. A minimum of 12 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields is required, with a strong background in leading enterprise financial processes. The role demands a professional with a strong command of financial and business performance principles, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders. Experience in property and casualty insurance or broader financial services is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading finance transformation, process improvement, and the adoption of technology-enabled analytical solutions, as well as strong leadership and talent development skills.
