Associate Vice President, Payment Services Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Payment Services department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and leadership of the department, providing oversight, assistance, and training to staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves continuous monitoring of process flow, fostering an environment of ongoing training, and managing special projects related to payment services. The AVP will also serve as a liaison between the front and back office, work with the Information Systems and Technology department to improve process efficiency, and be involved in financial analysis and process review. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position in the Payment Services department at the company should have an Associate's degree or equivalent, 3 to 5 years' related experience, and a background in leadership.
