Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead its global IT organization and shape enterprise technology strategy. The CIO will modernize internal technology, oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, IT operations, and end-user support, and build a high-performing team. Responsibilities include leading information security, compliance, data governance, business continuity, and disaster recovery, while managing technology budgets, vendors, and third-party risk. The CIO will also guide major system implementations and transformations and advise senior leadership on technology risks, investments, and opportunities. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including five or more years leading enterprise IT at a software or technology company. Required qualifications include a record of setting technology strategy and delivering large-scale transformations, expertise in information security, risk management, and compliance, and hands-on experience with enterprise platforms. Applicants should also bring experience evaluating and deploying AI and automation tools, strong financial and vendor-management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with executive and nontechnical audiences. Experience leading globally distributed teams and a bachelor’s degree in a related field are required.
