Chief Information Officer (CIO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead its global IT organization and shape enterprise technology strategy. The CIO will oversee enterprise applications, infrastructure, IT operations, and end-user support while modernizing internal systems and delivering secure, scalable technology capabilities. Responsibilities include setting information security and compliance strategy, strengthening data governance and analytics, and ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery. The role also leads major technology transformations and advises senior leadership on technology investments, risks, and opportunities. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressive IT leadership experience, including at least five years leading enterprise IT in a software or technology environment. Required qualifications include a record of setting technology strategy and delivering large-scale transformation, deep expertise in information security, risk management, and compliance, and hands-on experience with enterprise platforms and AI and automation tools. Strong financial skills, including budget ownership, vendor management, and contract negotiation, are essential, along with excellent communication skills and experience leading global, distributed teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
