The Company is seeking a Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology to serve as the formal physician leader responsible for the specialty-level execution of women's service line priorities. The successful candidate will be tasked with advancing clinical excellence, access, operational performance, physician engagement, workforce planning, quality, safety, and patient experience. This role requires a strategic and operational leader who can ensure adherence to evidence-based practices, champion patient safety, and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives. The Chief will also be involved in recruiting, onboarding, and developing the workforce, as well as monitoring and achieving key performance indicators for quality, patient satisfaction, and financial sustainability. Applicants for the Chief of General Obstetrics and Gynecology position at the company must be MD or DO with board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing clinical operations, driving performance metrics, and experience in physician recruitment, onboarding, and team development. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. The Chief will be expected to foster a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement within the OBGYN service line, and to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. The position is pivotal in supporting growth initiatives, access strategies, and care model redesign, and the ideal candidate will be adept at change management and focused on measurable outcomes and accountability.
