The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for nursing services. The CNO will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centered nursing care, as well as advancing professional nursing practice, workforce engagement, and operational excellence. This executive role involves close partnership with physician leaders, hospital executives, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve strategic priorities, regulatory compliance, and exceptional patient outcomes. The CNO will also oversee nursing operations, including staffing models, productivity, and performance expectations, and will be the principal advocate for professional nursing practice, championing a culture of nursing excellence and Magnet principles. Candidates for the CNO position at the company should have a strong background in nursing leadership, with a focus on clinical excellence, quality, and professional practice. The role requires a leader who can foster a professional practice environment, promote evidence-based care, and support shared governance. Experience in nursing education, talent management, and financial stewardship is essential.
