Vice President, Enterprise Product Strategy & AI Enablement

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enterprise Product Strategy and AI Enablement. The successful candidate will be tasked with establishing and leading the organization's enterprise product management function, with a strong focus on artificial intelligence, workflow transformation, automation, and digital enablement. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business operations and technology, identifying high-value opportunities, redesigning workflows, and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. The VP will be accountable for product strategy, prioritization, governance, adoption, and value realization, and will work closely with IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of AI and automation initiatives that align with organizational priorities and enhance operational effectiveness. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in product management, business transformation, or related areas. A strong background in AI, automation, and digital enablement strategies is essential, as is a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale initiatives. The role requires the ability to influence executive stakeholders, drive alignment across diverse functional areas, and lead organizational change management efforts. Experience in highly regulated environments and with governance, risk management, and compliance is also necessary. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, experience in healthcare or related industries, and certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or related methodologies.
