Vice President, Global Supply Chain Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is in search of a VP, Global Supply Chain to take on a pivotal role in leading the global distribution network that supports its AV and media installation and managed services business. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of supply chain operations, from PO tracking to reverse logistics, across a network of 30 warehouses and 12 forward operating bases in North America, Europe, and Australia. This includes consolidating and standardizing operations, managing the operating budget, and driving cost reduction initiatives. The VP will also be at the forefront of a modernization program, with a focus on implementing a warehouse management system and automating tracking processes. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in supply chain, distribution, or logistics, and experience in multi-site operations, particularly in a global context. Applicants for the VP, Global Supply Chain position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in the field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role involving multi-site operations. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in standardizing operations, managing operating budgets, and leading cost reduction efforts. Experience in system implementations, particularly in a multi-ERP environment, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field are essential.
