The Company is seeking a Vice President of Compliance and Quality to lead the enhancement of its clinical quality and regulatory compliance programs. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven leader with a strong background in multi-state compliance and QAPI team leadership, particularly in Medicare-certified home health. Experience in hospice is preferred. The role involves assessing, developing, and standardizing QAPI and compliance programs across multiple offices, as well as guiding and mentoring branch leadership on relevant policies and procedures. The Vice President will also be responsible for conducting internal audits, analyzing data for improvement, and ensuring survey preparedness. Applicants for the Vice President of Compliance and Quality position at the company should be experts in Medicare home health regulations, OASIS, PDGM, Medicaid, and HIPAA rules, with a strong preference for those with Medicaid experience. A registered nurse is preferred, and M&A/integration experience is a plus. The role requires a leader who can travel as needed to individual locations and is capable of scaling, building, structuring, implementing, and administering corporate quality and compliance programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with the ability to assess risk, and fraud, and ensure legal compliance.
