Vice President of Information Technology Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is in search of a visionary Vice President of Information Technology to spearhead the development and execution of a robust IT strategy that is in line with the company's objectives. This strategic leadership role is pivotal in building a shared-services IT model that supports multiple business units and drives operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into technology solutions, providing regular updates to executive leadership, and ensuring that the IT organization is designed to support both manufacturing and remodeling. Key responsibilities also include IT leadership and team development, process improvement initiatives, and financial and vendor management. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Information Technology position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in an executive role. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are required. Experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction, building products, home services, distribution, or related sectors is preferred, particularly in private-equity-backed organizations. The role demands a strong background in leading ERP and CRM implementations, as well as a deep understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering process improvements, measurable business results, and be adept at managing vendors, contracts, and technology budgets.
