Vice President of People

The Company is seeking a VP of People to join their dynamic, remote-first team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company's evolution, leading the people function and shaping the organization's growth and culture. This hands-on leadership position demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in a scaling B2B SaaS environment, particularly in the $30M–$150M ARR range. The VP of People will be responsible for all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to organizational development, and will be instrumental in maintaining a strong, values-driven culture. A key focus of the role is on leveraging AI to enhance people practices and driving the company's new strategic narrative through its people. Candidates for the VP of People role at the company should have a background as a people leader, with experience in HRBP and a deep understanding of how to partner with the business. The ideal candidate will be creative in their approach to people strategies, hold a high bar for performance, and be adept at communicating clearly and empathetically in a remote setting.
