The successful candidate will be an inclusive and collaborative leader, capable of shaping and sustaining the institution's growth in alignment with its strategic plan. A key priority for the President will be to deepen relationships with local businesses, particularly in the area of expanding paid internships and project-based partnerships. The role also involves advancing mentorship and career pipelines, as well as cultivating corporate philanthropy and sponsorships to support access and innovation. The President will be expected to steward important relationships with various constituencies, including the local community and international partners. The ideal candidate for the President position at the company will have a terminal degree, with a preference for those with experience in a private college environment. They should be adept at managing a significant budget, growing the endowment, and navigating the accreditation process. The role requires a leader who is committed to faculty and staff development, interdisciplinary education, and ensuring the institution remains at the forefront of education. The President should work effectively with the Board of Trustees, connect with alumni and donors, and be actively engaged in student life.
