Vice President, Funds Legal

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Funds Legal with a focus on fund distribution activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and overseeing fund distribution, with a particular emphasis on distribution documentation, regulatory compliance, and operational governance. This senior role demands a professional with deep industry experience, sound regulatory judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business, compliance, legal, and operations teams. Key responsibilities include providing expert guidance on fund distribution regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies, and acting as a central point of contact for fund distribution matters. Applicants for this role at the company should be qualified lawyers with a minimum of 5 years' of experience in funds, and possess a broad and deep knowledge of fund regulations. The role requires a candidate with a strong command of English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua is preferred.
