Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and Board. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of financial activities, including strategic financial planning, forecasting, and capital allocation. This role also encompasses public company reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance, as well as cash management, capital structure optimization, and fundraising initiatives. The CFO will be heavily involved in M&A strategy and execution, investor relations, and earnings communications. Operational finance across domestic and international manufacturing sites is a critical aspect of the position, and the ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS revenue recognition within a hybrid business model. The CFO must be a seasoned professional with a background as a current or former CFO of a publicly traded company, and a strong preference is given to those with a CPA and experience in manufacturing, industrials, semiconductor, or adjacent sectors. The role requires a leader who can balance capital markets sophistication with deep operational finance expertise, and experience in raising capital beyond traditional credit facilities is essential. The Board is seeking a steady, strategic, and communicative leader who can drive performance, enhance controls, and support long-term growth, while remaining agile in cyclical markets. International finance exposure is also a plus for the ideal candidate.
