Executive Director

The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its mission of providing high-quality dental care to low-income and uninsured residents. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in executive management, particularly within a nonprofit setting. This role is pivotal in advancing the organization's mission, and the Executive Director will be responsible for strategic vision, operational leadership, and oversight of core programs and services. Key responsibilities include managing the organization's programs and operations, fostering a strong internal culture, building external strategic partnerships, leading fundraising efforts, and advocating for access to quality dental services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' of executive leadership experience, a background in healthcare is preferred, and a demonstrated ability in fundraising, financial oversight, and board relations. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in executive leadership, and a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization. The role requires proficiency in financial principles, experience in budget creation and tracking, and the ability to interpret financial reports. The Executive Director will also be the public spokesperson for the organization, so comfort with public speaking, networking, and community engagement is essential. The position demands a leader who can engage diverse audiences, build collaborative relationships, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Experience with CRM and donor database systems is a plus, with specific knowledge of Donor Perfect and Dentrix desired.
