Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to serve as a hands-on, operational leader in building and optimizing financial infrastructure within a high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the migration and integration of accounting systems, standardizing financial processes, and establishing internal controls to support continued revenue growth. This role requires a mid-career executive with a strong background in financial systems, working capital optimization, and team leadership. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in driving operational discipline, delivering financial insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance at the company include team leadership, cash flow and working capital management, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years' of progressive finance and accounting experience, a proven track record in multi-entity financial system standardization, and a strong knowledge of cloud-based accounting platforms. They should be a player-coach, capable of both strategic oversight and hands-on execution, and be adept at translating complex financial data into clear, operational insights. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a CPA being preferred.
