Senior Vice President, Client Service (Custody Services)

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President for Client Service within the Custody Services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team that provides high-quality support to institutional clients, particularly in the areas of post-sales activities such as settlements, corporate actions, and front-office-related service needs. This role involves day-to-day management of client inquiries, acting as the senior escalation point for complex issues, and driving a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. The SVP will also be tasked with overseeing the team's staffing, workflow, performance, and capability development, as well as partnering with various internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-standard client experience. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in client servicing within the financial services industry, with a focus on custody or securities services. A strong knowledge of the industry, particularly in settlement processes, corporate actions, and post-trade operations, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing institutional client inquiries in a fast-paced environment, excellent stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience in the Hong Kong market and regional exposure is advantageous.
