Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in the professionalization, growth, and positioning of the organization. The CFO will have full ownership of financial processes and performance, with a focus on building a future-proof organization. This includes setting up and developing a strong finance team, as well as being involved in both strategic and tactical financial initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational tasks such as reporting, cash flow management, and financing structures. The role demands a high level of energy, a sense of responsibility, and a strong, down-to-earth, and approachable leadership style. The ideal CFO for the company will have at least 8 years' experience in senior financial roles, preferably within real estate, private equity, funds, or similar environments. Experience in structuring funds, financing, and investments is essential, with a preference for those who also have experience in refinancing processes and investor reporting. The candidate should have a proven track record in a growing organization where professionalization was a key focus and must be adept at leading and developing a team. The role requires a strong communicator who is both internally and externally focused, and who can effectively connect with stakeholders at all levels.
