Vice President of Property Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Property Management to join their executive team and lead the operational and strategic aspects of a diverse portfolio, with a focus on both market-rate and affordable housing communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive leadership across the entire property management portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, and driving resident satisfaction. This role requires a strategic and experienced individual with a proven track record in property management, particularly within affordable housing programs. Key responsibilities include overseeing all property management operations, developing and executing initiatives to improve asset performance, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, and leading and mentoring regional and site-level teams. Applicants for the Vice President of Property Management position at the company should have 10-15+ years of property management experience, with a significant background in executive or senior leadership. Deep expertise in affordable housing programs, including HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, and vouchers, is essential. The role demands a leader with a strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
