The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) to join their team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in the development, implementation, and enhancement of the ERM framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assurance to the leadership that the ERM is effectively identifying and managing risks that could impact the business's goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include leading the development of ERM policies and standards, facilitating risk assessments, maintaining the risk register, and defining key risk indicators. The role also involves partnering with various business functions to ensure that risk management is integrated into operations, projects, and strategic initiatives. Applicants for the Head of ERM position at the company should have a university degree in a scientific, engineering, or economic/financial subject, preferably at a post-graduate level, and/or a relevant internationally recognized professional qualification. A minimum of 15 years of professional experience in a compliance or governance role within the oil and gas or a related process industry is required, with at least 5 years of direct experience in ERM. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the oil and gas value chain, exposure to diverse operational situations, and a deep comprehension of value drivers and key risks across the value chain. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at senior levels are essential for this role.
