Head of Engineering, Digital Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering for Digital Engineering in the Iberia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the regional digital engineering strategy in alignment with global objectives. This role involves leading the transition to a unified regional engineering operating model, driving improvements in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency, and managing end-to-end digital engineering functions. The Head of Engineering will also be tasked with overseeing financial discipline, shared capabilities, and AI-enabled engineering practices, as well as leading organizational and workforce evolution initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior engineering or technology leadership roles within complex, international environments, with a proven track record in leading organizational transformations and managing end-to-end digital engineering functions. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline is required, with additional education or certifications in management, leadership, or digital transformation being advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership and people-management capabilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-changing environments. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is highly valued.
