Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a visionary and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its organization. The CEO will be the chief executive and educational leader, responsible for driving the overall performance, long-term strategic direction, and sustainability. This role requires a leader with a proven track record in public education, a graduate degree in a relevant field, and a strong commitment to student achievement and organizational performance. The successful candidate will oversee academic and operational leadership, ensure compliance with educational regulations, and lead strategic growth and expansion initiatives. Key responsibilities include setting a system-wide vision for academic excellence, managing complex operations and budgets, and fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and inclusion. The ideal CEO for the company will have a background in dual-language or bilingual education, experience with school expansion, and a deep passion for education and commitment to student success and equity. They must possess strong leadership presence, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. The role also demands a leader with a strategic mindset, hands-on operational rigor, and the ability to lead through crisis. The CEO will be expected to work closely with the Board of Directors, maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, and advocate for educational equity and the organization's mission. Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred, and the candidate should be adept at innovative problem-solving, and demonstrate a collaborative spirit in their approach to leadership.
