Global Head of Contracting

The Company is in search of a Global Head of Contracting with a strong commercial background to take on a pivotal leadership role within its Corporate & Investment Banking division. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving business growth, portfolio performance, client acquisition, risk management, and team development across a diverse international portfolio. This includes overseeing a large and complex portfolio of corporate relationships and leading a high-performing team recognized for structuring benchmark transactions and delivering innovative banking solutions. The role demands a strategic leader who can develop and execute business strategies, lead the achievement of financial and non-financial objectives, and drive initiatives to position the company as a leading corporate banking partner in target markets. Applicants must have a minimum of 20-25 years' of corporate and investment banking experience, with a proven track record in managing large corporate banking portfolios and complex client relationships. Key requirements include a deep understanding of corporate banking, credit analysis, balance sheet management, and risk frameworks, as well as strong commercial acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and exceptional stakeholder management skills. The role also requires a leader with strong people management and succession planning experience, the ability to operate effectively in competitive markets, and excellent negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. The Global Head of Contracting will be responsible for driving revenue growth across various banking products, leading product development, and ensuring operational excellence within the division.
