Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of enhancing educational excellence and improving student outcomes. The successful candidate will be a strategic, community-centered leader with a proven track record in nonprofit management, particularly in the areas of fundraising and program oversight. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' progressive leadership experience in the nonprofit, education, or related sector, with a proven ability to balance mission impact with financial sustainability. The role requires a dynamic leader who can oversee a complex program delivery organization, serve as the chief fundraiser, and provide strong nonprofit organizational leadership.
