Strong P&L, budgeting, and business management skills are essential, as is experience in leading teams and managing performance. A passion for serving seniors and leading high-performing teams is a must, along with strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Sales and customer relationship experience is preferred, and the role requires a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
