Senior Vice President, Global Internal Audit

The Company is seeking an SVP Global Internal Audit to join its dynamic and evolving organization. The successful candidate will be a key leader in the company's transformation and modernization efforts, with a focus on strengthening global finance, risk, and governance capabilities. This role is pivotal in overseeing enterprise-wide internal audit, SOX, risk, compliance, and technology audit activities across the company's international operations. The SVP will be responsible for strategic leadership and oversight in financial, operational, and technology environments, including ERP, POS, logistics, HR systems, cybersecurity, IT general controls, data integrity, and broader enterprise risk initiatives. The position demands a professional with significant internal audit leadership experience within publicly traded multinational organizations, a combination of Big 4 and in-house industry experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across various functions. The ideal candidate for the SVP Global Internal Audit role at the company will have a strong executive presence, be fluent in English and Spanish, and be prepared for frequent international travel.
