The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to play a pivotal role in the global development of clinical programs for innovative therapies in autoimmune indications. This strategic leadership position is focused on driving the success of clinical programs, from early-stage studies to late-stage trials, and ensuring their seamless execution in alignment with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the clinical operations strategy, managing global clinical programs, and overseeing all aspects of the clinical development process, including timelines, budgets, and quality across multiple phases and indications. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Clinical Operations include partnering with executive leadership to translate strategic goals into operational plans, fostering a high-performance team culture, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The role also involves building and developing a patient-focused team, establishing robust governance and performance metrics, and managing relationships with CROs, vendors, and clinical sites to optimize operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in clinical development within biotech or pharmaceuticals, with a strong background in autoimmune indications, and a proven track record of managing complex, global clinical portfolios. They should possess a strong strategic mindset, expertise in managing CROs and vendor strategies, and exceptional communication skills to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders.
