Chief Technology Officer (CTO) (Board-level role)

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join its management team and lead the growth of its SaaS products, both domestically and internationally. The CTO will be responsible for formulating and executing business and technology strategies, as well as leading the engineering organization. This includes participation in high-level decision-making, planning and promoting medium- to long-term technology and product development strategies, and continuous improvement of development processes. The role also involves promoting technical decision-making in collaboration with the CTO and product organization, and requires a strong background in engineering management, including recruitment, evaluation, and organizational development. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, with a preference for those with experience in AI/machine learning product development, data platforms, and generative or physical AI. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS product development, be fluent in Japanese, and have a deep understanding of software architecture and development processes. Experience as a CTO or in an equivalent senior technical role is highly valued.
