Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its industrial-technical wholesale business. The ideal candidate will be a commercially strong and strategic leader with a proven track record in general management, particularly in the industrial sector. The CEO will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, both organically and through acquisitions, and must be adept at tapping into new customer segments and strengthening internal processes. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a persuasive and change-oriented management style, and a strong affinity with technology, particularly in the context of an SME family business. As the face and ambassador of the company, the CEO will engage with customers, suppliers, and key accounts, and must be familiar with the dynamics of the industry. While deep knowledge of gas technology is not a prerequisite, a genuine interest in the products and the ability to guide a team through change with empathy and substantive persuasiveness are essential. The successful candidate will work closely with the Management Team to re-evaluate and restructure processes, and will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's warm and engaged culture.
