Senior Legal Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its dynamic and values-driven corporate culture. The successful candidate will serve as the central legal contact for all commercial law matters, providing group-wide legal advice to various departments and subsidiaries. This role involves the independent review, drafting, and negotiation of a wide range of contracts, from framework to international supplier agreements. The Senior Legal Counsel will also be responsible for assessing and communicating operational and strategic risks, as well as managing corporate housekeeping, compliance, and data protection issues. The position offers the opportunity to be involved in cross-border projects and expansion initiatives, making it a highly impactful and business-relevant role. Applicants for the Senior Legal Counsel position at the company should have a completed law degree, with several years of professional experience in the legal department of an international company or a commercial law firm. A bar exam qualification is advantageous. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in commercial, contract, and corporate law, and a deep understanding of business contexts. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, a sound decision-maker, and a pragmatic problem-solver. Fluency in German and English is essential, with additional language skills in Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian being a plus. The role demands a high level of integrity, discretion, and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration. Regular travel to Graz is also a part of the job.
