Vice President of Architecture & Design

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Architecture & Design to spearhead the vision, planning, and execution of a prestigious luxury private members community. This executive leadership role is pivotal in ensuring the architectural and design direction of high-end residential villas, luxury resort, and amenities meet the highest standards of luxury, innovation, and guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire process, from master planning to project execution, and must have a proven track record in delivering luxury projects, particularly in the realms of resorts, private clubs, and ultra-luxury villa communities. Key requirements for the role include a background in architecture, design, or development leadership at an executive level, with a focus on luxury and high-end projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in design management, consultant coordination, and a history of successful collaboration with internationally recognized luxury brands. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential. The role is open to U.S. Citizens or Puerto Rican residents eligible to work in Puerto Rico, and the company is looking for an individual who can bring a unique vision and creativity to one of the Caribbean's premier luxury lifestyle destinations.
