Executive Vice President of Canadian Operations

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice-President to lead its Canadian operations across multiple manufacturing facilities. The role oversees day-to-day operations and supports continued growth through strong leadership and a commitment to innovation. The successful candidate will engage and motivate employees, promote cross-functional collaboration and transparent communication, and drive results through realistic yet ambitious budgets. The position also contributes to the organization’s strategic and operational direction. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a scientific discipline, preferably chemistry, and have at least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Full fluency in French and English is required. Applicants should be comfortable working in multicultural environments and demonstrate strong skills in analyzing and interpreting financial reports. The role also requires a willingness to travel as needed.
